Birds Nest Treats for Easter

I love this easy and delicious Easter treat I found on the Tip Junkie.  Make these for your next Easter party or brunch and your guests will love the yummy treats! Here’s how to make these cute masterpieces.

Step 1:
You’ll need 3 ingredients plus a cookie sheet and parchment paper.

12oz bag of Chow Mein Noodles
12oz bag of butterscotch morsels
1 bag of mini Cadbury eggs

Step 2:
Melt the butterscotch morsels in the microwave for 30 second increments. Stir and then reheat until they are all melted. If it dries out, just add some vegetable oil and mix.
Step3:
Mix the melted butterscotch with the Chow Mein noodles until the noodles are coated with the butterscotch.
Step 4:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Step 5:
Grab your 1/4 cup measuring spoon and start scooping out the noodles and put them onto your cookie sheet.
Step 6:
Decorate your nest with the mini Cadbury eggs!
Easy enough and even the kids can help on this one. Except for mine because they were fighting over a figurine and the baby was screaming in her high chair. But goes to show that these can be done in a matter of minutes.
Put them on a pretty platter or cake stand and admire them until someone eats them all! :)
